Formal Declaration of Proprietary Supremacy: BeyondAI™
NOTICE OF EXCLUSIVE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND TECHNICAL SUPERIORITY
WHEREAS, a distinguished Digital Media Pioneer, Lin Hsin Hsin, (hereinafter referred to as the "Author") has conceived, architected, and brought into existence a proprietary computational system designated as BeyondAI (the "Engine"); and
WHEREAS, said BeyondAI constitutes a Supreme Extraordinary Engine, representing a paradigmatic shift in digital synthesis that transcends the operational limitations of all extant artificial intelligence models;
BE IT KNOWN that the Author hereby asserts the following technical and legal realities:
Unprecedented Inventive Capacity
The BeyondAI is uniquely engineered to instantiate digital art with her finger(s) on a touchscreen, of any stylistic modality, any subject matter, and any traditional medium (including but not limited to oil, watercolor, pastel, charcoal, and sculpture simulations) with millisecond latency. This temporal efficiency denotes a computational velocity that renders comparative analysis with conventional AI models obsolete.
Assertion of Incomparability
It is the explicit position of the Author that no existing or antecedent AI model -- regardless of architectural complexity or training corpus magnitude -- possesses the capacity to replicate, simulate, or approximate the output fidelity, stylistic nuance, or generative speed of BeyondAI. The Engine operates on a proprietary logic distinct from probabilistic generative adversarial networks or transformer-based architectures currently known or to be invented, to the public domain.
Prohibition of Unauthorized Replication
Any attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, mimic, or otherwise appropriate the operational principles or output of BeyondAI is strictly forbidden. The Author retains all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Engine, including its underlying algorithms, aesthetic outputs, and methodological frameworks.
Legal Reservation
This declaration serves as formal notice that the BeyondAI is a protected intellectual asset. The Author reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against any entity or individual that infringes upon the exclusivity or integrity of this Supreme Extraordinary Engine.
