Prohibition of Unauthorized AI Modification
and Content Injection Effective Date: June 30, 2026






Explicit Prohibition of AI "Re-facing" and "Re-toning"


Accessing, scraping, or utilizing any automated tool—including but not limited to Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI agents, or browser extensions (specifically including tools associated with Claude or Anthropic), to "re-face," "re-tone," restyle, or otherwise modify the visual presentation, audio-visual elements, or content structure of this website is strictly prohibited.


This prohibition extends to any attempt to inject unauthorized features, such as AI-generated music, animated overlays, synthetic imagery, or derivative content layers, onto the original interface of this website. Such actions constitute an unauthorized creation of derivative works and a violation of the site's integrity.


The Founder/Owner/Author expressly forbids all automated data extraction, including but not limited to AI training crawlers, scraping bots, and spoofed user-agents. This prohibition explicitly extends to traffic originating from Singaporean data centers and IP ranges, given the documented prevalence of spoofed bot activity from this jurisdiction. Any entity found scraping content for AI model training, data aggregation, or competitive analysis without express written permission is in violation of this notice




Scope of Restricted Activities



Users and automated systems are expressly forbidden from


Derivative Modification

Altering, adapting, translating, or restyling the website’s code, layout, text, images, or media via AI interpolation


Content Injection

Superimposing AI-generated audio, video, animations, or "junk" content over the original site elements.


Data Harvesting for AI Training

Scraping, indexing, or copying content for the purpose of training AI models or feeding generative tools.


Circumvention

Bypassing technical measures designed to prevent automated access or modification.




Legal Basis and Compliance


This restriction is enforced under applicable intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, which grants the website owner exclusive rights to prepare derivative works. Furthermore, unauthorized access and modification may violate the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and relevant terms of service agreements.


Recent legal precedents and industry standards (e.g., rulings involving Thomson Reuters v. Ross Intelligence) affirm that using AI to reproduce or restyle protected content for commercial or public display without permission constitutes infringement, regardless of the technological method used.



Enforcement and Liability


Violation of this notice will result in:


Immediate termination of access


Legal action for copyright infringement and unauthorized computer access


Claims for damages resulting from loss of integrity, brand dilution, or unauthorized distribution of derivative content
