📍 CVE-2025-2000 (CVSS 9.8): Affects qiskit-qpy (used by all modules). Allows Arbitrary Code Execution via malicious .qpy files in versions 0.18.0–1.4.1

📍 QAI-001 to QAI-005 (CVSS 9.1–9.8): Affects qiskit-aer and qiskit-cpp. C++ memory corruption (out-of-bounds read, integer overflow) triggered at specific qubit counts (32, 64)

📍 Machine Learning RCE: qiskit-machine-learning has a distinct critical flaw via dill.load(), separate from the QPY vulnerability.

📍 Supply Chain Propagation: qiskit-nature inherits risks from pyscf (eval()), and qiskit-aer flaws are silently inherited by XACC (Oak Ridge) via code vendoring
